Aujourd’hui, le 20 janvier, Joey Bada$$ a 20 ans et il en profite pour sortir son premier album.
Après avoir agité le web grâce à des titres bien gaulées « Big Dusty» et « Christ Conscious » en 2014, foutu le feu au Trianon lors de son show en novembre dernier, Joey Bada$$ sort aujourd’hui son premier album tant attendu, pour son 20ème anniversaire. Pour l’instant, personne ne sait qui va lui faire son gâteau. Peut-être Malia Obama ? La fille de 16 ans du président des Etats-Unis est fan et a créé un mini scandale en posant récemment avec le t-shirt du crew du rapper, Pro Era. Si Joey Bada$$ avoue ne pas avoir reconnu la « first daughter » en premier lieu, les commentaires lui ont vite fait comprendre à qui il avait affaire et il l’a reposté aussi sec de son propre compte instagram, plutôt content du coup de pub gratos…
La maison blanche ferait une enquête pour savoir d’où cette photo sort. On a envie de leur répondre : cherchez pas, on n’est pas sérieux quand on a 20 ans…

I think alot of us are forgetting that Drake is one of the most gieftd lyricist of our time. Yeah, he sings & does other poppy shit, buy your forgetting the roots of what made Weezy sign Drake way back then. Drake has bars, way more than 16 of them. (i.e. 9 am in Dallas, S.T.R.E.S.S.). While I admit Kendrick is bodying plenty of shit in the game right, he does and probably will never have the Drake appeal. If you look at the 2 songs they were featured on, Poetic Justice = Drake Won, Fuckin Problems = Drake had the best verse on the song, Kendrick being close second. Don’t let Take Care & Girls Love Beyonce & all that soft shit confuse you. Drake is where he is for a reason. Don’t sleep on him.
